NOTICE: Due To High Volume All orders will be processed within 24-72 business hours (except if we are running a sale which takes 5-10 business days processing). We don't ship or process orders on weekends/holidays. A tracking number will be sent in another email AFTER your order is processed. Shipping takes 2-5 business days in the mail. Your billing and shipping address MUST match with the address on file with your credit card company if not your order will be delay and/or cancelled.


How do I return an item?


Return & Exchange Information

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Enjoying easy exchange & return policy, please contact us by email at info@bellavirginremy.com for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us should be in their original condition i.e. not washed, with all tags attached. Moreover, you will be liable for shipping fees back to us and 20% restocking fee.

1.If any item is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 3 days after the buyer receives their order

2.If it is quality problem or we ship wrong type of hair, we will pay the return shipping fee but please choose the same shipping company we used to send your order.

3.Returned item has to be in its original state. i.e unworn, untampered, unwashed and tags in place.

4.After receiving the returned goods, we will made a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.

5.If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refunding.

All hair is thoroughly inspected before leaving our Warehouse, and double checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality.

Important: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as desired. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Show it to your stylist for a second opinion.

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color as long as the package hasn't been tampered, opened, used or wash. it must be in the original state when received. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hrs of placing your order. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
